Initial Consultation

This first meeting gives us the chance to get to know each other and for you to share your concerns and expectations. We explore your current situation and how I may be able to support you. You will also get a sense of how I work so you can decide if you would like to begin therapy.

Process and Duration

After the initial consultation, we begin with four trial sessions to explore the therapeutic process together. Based on your experience, we decide on the further steps. The frequency and duration of the sessions are tailored to your individual needs and the progress of your therapy.

Fees

The initial session (60 minutes) costs €65. Each subsequent therapy session (60 minutes) costs €85.

Reduced-rate sessions are available for individuals with low income. Please feel free to ask me about this.
